The YMCA operates two high quality Day Nurseries in central West Bromwich for children age 0-5 years.
Our aim is to provide a high standard of care for your child within our setting.
Fully qualified staff provide a variety of stimulating activities. Through these activities your child will be encouraged to grow and develop, whilst we meet their individual needs.
The Birth to Three framework is used for guidance until your child is ready to move into our pre-school room. There we offer pre-school education and the government will support part of your childcare costs.
One of the Nurseries was Awarded Sandwell Nursery of the Year 2008 by Sandwell Early Years, Part of Sandwell Council.
A healthy menu is freshly prepared for the children in our childcare kitchen offering a variety of choices for all dietary needs.
All children are welcome regardless of race, colour, gender and ability.

| Out of School Clubs |
The YMCA Out of School Club offers a drop off and collection service to most local schools. At the end of a busy day your child can take part in a variety of activities in our 3 play rooms. We also have provision for energetic sports in our large sports hall and internet access within the IT suite.
We provide a stimulating, enjoyable environment, in a safe and spacious setting where children are happy to go. There is a wide range of planned creative and sporting activities with the flexibility to let your kids choose what THEY want to get involved in. Naturally, the YMCA is OFSTED registered and inspected for safe childcare with a good ratio of 1 staff to 8 children for under-8 year old’s.
Children are also offered a healthy menu of freshly prepared meals by our chef.
